Paul Robinson, CEO
Paul founded and is CEO of Alquity and has been involved in investment management and financial services for over 20 years, in the UK and Asia. He has sat on the board of a number of public and private funds.

Paul is a Trustee of The One Foundation and a Director of Global Ethics, the not for profit business that manufactures, distributes and markets a range of products under the brand name 'One'. Global Ethics was recently awarded Best Large Social Enterprise in Britain, having given over £3 million to humanitarian causes in Africa. Paul is a former member of the Advisory Council for the Baroness Chalker Foundation for Africa and an alumnus of London Business School.

Paul Freer, CEO Asia
Paul has over twenty years' experience in the financial services industry across Africa, Europe, the Middle East and North America; working with major banking groups including Barclays, Lloyds TSB and the National Commercial Bank (NCB) of Saudi Arabia. His roles have included Senior Vice President and Division Head of Retail Customer Management for NCB, Regional Corporate Director of Barclays Africa and Managing Director of a subsidiary bank of Barclays Plc. While based in Johannesburg, South Africa for Barclays, Paul led five hundred people across forty locations in Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Mauritius, Seychelles, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Paul is a director on the board of several specialist investment funds and has been a trustee chairman and trustee director for several pension funds.

He is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, as well as having completed leadership and executive management courses at both Harvard and London Business Schools.
